Experienced C-level with a track record in leading-edge advanced materials technology, energy generation sectors and nanotechnology. Skilled in raising capital, obtaining government grants, expanding global business development, and creating smart business strategies. Extensive expertise in new business development where he provided business and technology leadership within advanced materials, metals, and energy renewable space.

Guy is a seasoned professional with decades of broad expertise centred around commercial growth and innovative/disruptive technological developments. Over the last 10 years Guy served as a global Director, COO and CEO for (advanced materials/metals) technology firms and his knowledge and expertise are unparalleled.

Mr. Dodge brings a wealth of experience in finance and business development across a range of industries. He spent over twenty years internationally with PwC, specializing in finance, consulting, and mergers and acquisitions, and held national business development leadership roles in both the United States and Africa. He also has more than ten years in industry experience, including serving as CFO for several TSX Venture Exchange companies, including Immunovaccince Inc. and SolutionInc Ltd. Mr. Dodge, a Chartered Professional Accountant and graduate of Dalhousie University.

Michael R. Turner is a seasoned professional with over two decades of experience in the resource industry. Throughout his career, he has held key leadership roles across diverse organizations, spearheading initiatives in advanced technology implementation, process optimization, and environmental stewardship. His work has helped redefine industry standards while maintaining a steadfast commitment to safety, regulatory compliance, and community engagement.

Recently, Mr Turner has implemented Ultrasonic Technology in graphene applications for cement, batteries, and standalone power. He designed and tested processes, secured licensing, and established commercial viability. He also developed a proprietary water technology system that purified 120 gallons of contaminated water and delivered a syngas-powered incineration project for data farming energy production.

Mr. Ebert joins the Board with over 30 years of experience in the public and private Capital Markets.

 Following a career in Engineering, Mr. Ebert engaged the Canadian investment industry starting as an analyst and years later as a Senior Vice President of Investment Banking across a diverse group of industries from Technology, Biotechnology, Mining and Oil & Gas. 

Additionally Mr. Ebert has held senior management positions in Corporate Development with both mining and oil and gas companies.
